2024-2025 Booster Club Registration

Welcome to the registration page for the Anderson High School Swim and Dive team Booster Club! To ensure smooth communication and updates, please provide accurate and up-to-date contact information, including a reliable email address. Communications regarding team activities, schedules, and important announcements will be sent to this email address. Additionally, please provide your athlete's personal email address (not their school email) if you would like them to receive booster club communications as well.

Publicity Permission Form

I, hereby grant permission to the Anderson High School Swim Team Booster Club and its representatives, successors, assigns, and licensees (collectively referred to as "the Booster Club"), to use, reproduce, and distribute photographs or images of my child for the purposes of publicizing and promoting the Anderson High School Swim Team and its related activities, events, programs, products, or services.

I understand and agree that the photographs or images may be used in various media formats, including but not limited to print, online, social media, audiovisual, and broadcast media. The Booster Club may use the photographs or images in its promotional materials, advertisements, website, social media channels, newsletters, presentations, and any other medium deemed appropriate by the Booster Club.

I acknowledge that the Booster Club will have complete ownership and control over the use, editing, reproduction, and distribution of the photographs or images. I waive any right to inspect or approve the final version of the photographs or images before they are used by the Booster Club.

I release and discharge the Booster Club, its representatives, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses that may arise from the use of the photographs or images, including but not limited to any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or any other intellectual property rights.

I understand that the photographs or images may be shared with the general public and may be accessible to individuals beyond the control of the Booster Club. While the Booster Club will take reasonable measures to protect the privacy and security of the photographs or images, I acknowledge that the Booster Club cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms of this publicity permission form and voluntarily grant permission for the use of photographs or images of my child as described above.
